- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 30 de enero de 2017 proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Mocoa -Sala Unico- , dentro del expediente ICC-2865.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR la remision del expediente ICC-2865 al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Mocoa -Sala Unica-, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar, dentro de la accion de tutela presentada por la senora Neida Ines Ojeda Diaz contra la Unidad para la Atencion y Reparacion Integral a las Victimas.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General, se comunique la decision adoptada a las partes y al Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Mocoa.
